Our win keeps getting larger

Great news about correcting Nestle’s half-century of stealing water from the San Bernardino National Forest!   The State Water Resources Control Board ruled last month that Nestle (i.e., Arrowhead water) does not have legal rights to the vast majority of water it’s been siphoning from Strawberry Creek, and the link below is San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District’s response to the report of investigation findings of unauthorized diversion by Nestle Waters North America, Strawberry Creek, San Bernardino County.  The upshot is Nestle owes fish, wildlife, and their habitats for decades of illegal diversion and drying up Strawberry Creek and legal precedent says they will have to pay.
